Open System Policy Editor and under Remote Management configuration group, select Terminal Server. Click on Remote Management Computers and add your PC's IP to the list. Apply the new changes and you should be able to connect over RDP now. In case, if you want to manage the server using the Management Console from your PC, repeat the same process under the Microsoft Management configuration group.
